What is Modraly?
Modraly is an alcohol tracker for people who drink and want the numbers. You log drinks and see them next to your country's weekly guideline. It is not a medical device and does not provide medical advice.
Do I need an account?
No. There is no Modraly account. Drink logs and preferences stay on your device.
Where is my drink data stored?
Drink logs, favourites, and preferences stay on your iPhone. We do not run a Modraly cloud that receives your drink history.
How do I manage or cancel Modraly Premium?
Subscriptions are managed through your Apple ID. On your iPhone, go to Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions. Cancel at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Deleting the app does not cancel a subscription.
How do I request a refund?
App Store payments and refunds are handled by Apple. Request a refund through Apple's reportaproblem.apple.com or your Apple ID purchase history.
How do I export or delete my data?
Premium users can export a CSV from the app. You can delete individual logs in the app, or delete the app to remove on-device Modraly data. Health samples already written remain in Apple Health until you delete them there. For waitlist email data on modraly.com, contact privacy@modraly.com.
Apple Health or notifications aren't working
Both are optional. Check Modraly Settings and iOS Settings → Modraly for Health and Notifications permissions. You can keep logging drinks with either feature off.
Is Modraly medical advice?
No. Units, calories, guideline references, and any Health figures are estimates for your own records. If you have concerns about your drinking or health, speak with a qualified professional or use the support resources linked in the app.
